The Joint Bar Collagen Bar contains a special blend of collagen peptides, vitamins and minerals that strengthen and regenerate stressed joints. Collagen peptides serve as a signal for the body to produce its own collagen. Collagen is the basic building material of articular cartilage, ligaments and tendons and ensures their flexibility and strength. The composition is also enriched with calcium and magnesium, which are needed to maintain good bone condition and support normal muscle function. Joint Bars also contain B vitamins, which help relieve fatigue and exhaustion and support the normal function of the immune system.

In addition to supporting joint health, the collagen contained in the Joint Bar has a positive effect on the appearance of the skin.
